Iris Hantverk Brush Maker
Handcrafted Beech & Horsehair Table Brush Set
Made of oil-treated beech with hand-drawn bristles of horsehair, this brush set is a handy little number, designed to sweep crumbs from your tabletop.
In the late 1900s century, a small brush manufacturer started out in Stockholm. It was a movement so successful that it still remains today. Now, as then, every brush is made by hand by visually impaired craftsmen.
All brushes are of exclusive design, and built to last.
We want your handmade brushes toĀ last. With a little simple care, they will age beautifully. Clean the brushes with washing-up liquid and warm water. Let themĀ dry thoroughly between usesĀ bristles down, and from time to time oil the wood. We recommend a food-grade oil or cold-pressed boiled linseed oil appliedĀ with a cloth.Ā Make sure to rinse the cloth properly in water after use to avoid it catching fire. Let the oil soak well into the wood before using the brush again.
